改善润滑油糠醛精制选择性的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前糠醛精制工艺存在溶剂用量大、精制油收率与脱酸效率低等问题,在纯糠醛溶剂中加入萃取助剂A,以中海沥青公司常二线基础油为原料油,以精制油的收率和酸值为主要考察指标,进行了改善溶剂选择性的实验研究。结果表明,萃取助剂A在溶剂中体积分数为50%时,复合溶剂具有较好的选择性。同时还考察了萃取温度、萃取时间、分相时间、剂油比和萃取级数对复合溶剂选择性的影响。在最优操作条件下,用复合溶剂较用纯糠醛溶剂相比,精制油收率提高9.3%,脱酸效率高(脱酸率达到97.89%),精制油的胶质含量、残炭值也明显低。 Furfural refining, the main process in solvent refining technologies of lubricating oils in China, has its disadvantages like large solvent dosage, low yield of refined oil and poor deacidification efficiency, etc. To solve these problems, experiment research of improving solvent selectivity was carried out with addition of extraction additive A, 2 nd side-cut of atmospheric column of Zhonghai Asphalt Company as base oil feed and mass yield and acid value of refined oil as study indexes. The results showed that the compound solvent had a better selectivity when the additive A' s volume fraction was 50% in the solvent. At the same time, the impact of extraction temperature, extraction time, phase separation time, solvent to oil ratio and number of extraction stages on solvent' s selectivity was investigated. The study results demonstrated that, under optimal operation conditions, the yield of refined oil was of compound solvent 9.3% higher than that of furfural refining, the deacidification efficiency was up to 97.89% and the gum content and carbon residue of refined oil were obviously lower than the furfural's.
