摘要
对润滑油基础油络合─白土精制进行了试验研究,考察了白土精制温度、白土用量、精制时间及络合剂用量对精制油碱氮脱除率的影响。研究发现:白土的酸量是影响精制油碱氮脱除率的主要因素之一,炼厂可以选择酸量较高的白土,以提高精制油的质量;络合─白土补充精制所得的精制油颜色好、氧化安定性好、酸值低。
Complexing - clay treating of lube base oil was studied by tests. The effects of treating temperature, clay amount, treating time and the amount of complexing agent on the basic nitrogen removal rate of refined oil had been investigated. The study showed that the acidity of clay is one of the main factors affecting thebasic nitrogen removal rate of refined oil, thus the refineries should choose higher acidity clay to improve thequality of refined oil; Compared with single clay treating process, the properties of refined oil obtained fromcomplex - clay treating have been improved greatly, which include colority, oxidation stability and acid number.
