摘要
应用单克隆抗体铺皿法分离受60Coγ射线分次照射的小鼠脾脏L3T4、Lyt2和B细胞,测定榄香烯对以上3种亚群细胞和L3T4、Lyt2对B细胞3HTdR掺入的影响;同时测定SOD活力和LPO含量。结果表明:榄香烯提高亚群细胞的辐射抗性,增强了L3T4对B细胞的辅助调节作用,提高脾脏SOD活力和降低LPO含量。
The spleen lymphocytes in mice after fraction irradiation were separated into L 3T 4, Lyt 2 and B cells by a panning method with monoclonal antibodies. The effects of elemene on function and regulation of lymphocyte subsets were studied by using 3H TdR incorporation, the SOD activity and LPO content were measured. The results indicated that elemene could increase the radiation resistance of lymphoicyte subsets, enhance the helping effects of L 3T 4 on B cell, increase spleen SOD activity and decrease LPO content. The formation of the mechanism of protection may be due to scavenging free radical and relieving the damage of target.
