摘要
目的探讨复方灵芝粉对小鼠的抗辐射保护作用。方法复方灵芝粉0.33、0.67、2.00 g.kg-1(分别相当于人体推荐量的5倍、10倍、30倍剂量)给小鼠灌胃,模型对照组给予蒸馏水。14 d后以钴60 3 Gy剂量射线对小鼠进行一次性全身照射,辐照后继续给予小鼠受试物至完成各项测定。结果复方灵芝制剂能增加小鼠外周血白细胞数、增加小鼠骨髓细胞DNA含量、升高小鼠血清溶血素水平,对小鼠的体重增长无影响。结论复方灵芝粉具有抗辐射作用。
Objective To determine the radioprotective effect of compound ganoderma lucidum powder towards mice. Methods Mice were treated with 3 doses of compound ganoderma lucidum powder towards mice at 0. 33 g·kg^-1, 0.67 g·kg^-1, and 2.00 g·kg^-1 （which is similar to the quintupling, decuple and thirtyfold dose of people recommended dosage）, while the model control group were treated with distilled water. After 14 days, whole body radiation towards mice with 3Gy dose of ^60Co was done. After the radiation, the test products were given to finish each measurement. Results Compound ganoderma lucidum preparation increased the total white blood cells of mice and marrow cell DNA content, and improved the blood serum hemolysis levels. It had no effect on the weight increase of the mice. Conclusion Compound ganoderma lucidum powder has significant anti-radiation effect.
