摘要
由于国际河流开发与利用而产生的国家间冲突越来越多,国际河流管理问题已成为世界各国的关注焦点。本文首先介绍了与国际河流管理相关的法律文件以及国外关于国际河流的研究进展情况,然后阐述了国内关于国际河流管理的研究概貌,并分析了国际河流管理的主要问题,最后提出了国内关于国际河流管理的主要研究方向。
Due to more and more conflicts among countries resulting from the development and utilization of international rivers, management of international rivers has become the focus of all the countries in the world. This paper firstly introduces law documents related to the management of international rivers and the progress in research on international rivers abroad, then illustrates the general situation of research on the management of international rivers in China and analyzes the main problems in the management of international rivers, finally puts forward the main directions of the management of international rivers in China.
