摘要
目的:编制可信并且能有效测量工作家庭增益的问卷。方法:采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析分别对来自225名和268名企业员工的数据进行统计分析。结果:工作家庭问卷包含工作-家庭增益和家庭-工作增益两个二阶因子,每个二阶因子上又包含工具性增益和心理性增益两个一阶因子;研究得到的工作家庭增益问卷具有良好的结构效度和效标关联效度;工作-家庭增益的α系数为0.86,家庭-工作增益的α系数为0.84,总的工作家庭增益问卷的α系数为0.89。结论:工作家庭增益问卷的内部一致性信度、结构效度和效标效度达到心理测量学要求。
Objective: To develop a questionnaire that can well measure the concept of work-family enrichment. Methods: 225 valid data from 3 enterprises were collected in order to develop work-family questionnaire by exploratory factor analysis. 268 samples from other 10 enterprises were collected to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Results: (1) Work -family enrichment questionnaire was composed of two second-order factors: work to family enrichment and family to work enrichment. Each second-order factor was composed of two first-order factors: instrumental enrichment and psychological enrichment. (2)The structure validity and criteria-related validity of this work- family enrichment questionnaire were good. (3)The Cronbaeh et of work to family enrichment and family to work enrichment were 0.86,0.84. The Cronbach α of the whole questionnaire was 0.89. Conclusion: Work-family enrichment questionnaire has good construct validity,criteria-related validity and internal consistency reliability.
