摘要
职业承诺是员工对职业态度的一个变量,反映了组织成员和组织之间的心理关系。从国内外的职业承诺概念入手,对职业承诺结构维度、测量及影响因素等方面已有的研究成果进行了回顾和分析。研究发现职业承诺存在单维结构、二维结构、三维结构以及多维结构的不同观点,以及在此基础上形成的测量方法,并且个体的职业承诺受到人口学变量、工作变量、个体变量和人力资源管理变量的影响。尽管如此,职业承诺的研究依然存在着一定的局限,需要在不同的方面进一步的研究和深化。
Career commitment is the variable of employees' vocational attitude. It reflects the relation between the employees and organization. Based on the literature at home and abroad, we reviewed and analyzed the definition, the measure instruments, the effect variables of career commitment. The results show that there exist different viewpoints in structural dimensions and survey methods about the career commitment, and there are different variables such as demographic variable, work variable, individual variable and human resource management variable which influence the career commitment. However, there are some limitations during the course of studying the career commitment, which needs further study in the future.
