摘要
阐述了金工实习在高校人才培养中的作用,指出了高校金工实习中存在的一些问题,提出了促进高校金工实习发展的改革措施。
In this paper, the important effect of the metalworking practice on the personnel training in colleges and universities are demonstrated, and some existing problems in the metalworking practice are pointed out. To solve these existing problems, the author advances some reasonable proposals to promote the development of metalworking practice.
