摘要
针对高等农林院校金工实习教育存在的规模效应较差、硬件条件欠缺、人才队伍老化、教学内容陈旧、教学手段落后、考核方式单调等困难和不足,提出高等农林院校应发挥在农科以及农业工程学科人才培养方面的优势,将金工实习作为培养各种复合型人才的载体,对教学内容进行改革,实现适应市场竞争所带来的知识创新与技术创新的挑战,培养更多优秀工程技术人才的目标。
There are many problems of metalworking practice in agriculture and forestry university, such as its size is poorer, lacking ot hard- ware conditions i talent team aging, obsolete teaching content, teaching means lagging behind, examination mode monotone. To solve the diffi- culties and shortcomings agriculture and forestry university should exert talent cultivation in agricultural science and agrieuhural engineering discipline advantage of metalworking practice as cultivating various talents for the carrier, to reform the teaching content, to adapt to market competition brought about by the knowledge innovation and the challenge of technology innovation, cultivate more outstanding engineering and technical personnel of the target.
