摘要
金工实习是高职机械类专业人才培养的一个重要环节,主要包括钳工、车工、铣工、磨工等实习内容。目前,高职院校机械类专业金工实习内容没有反映新技术的发展趋势,实习指导教师的能力和素质不适应新技术发展的要求,"师傅带徒弟"的教学模式妨碍了学生的学习主动性和学习积极性。提高对金工实习重要性的认识、加强教师队伍建设、改革教学方法和考核方法是加强高职机械类专业《金工实习课程》建设的途径。
Metalworking practice is an important part for training talent with the major of higher vocational mechanical,which includes fitter,turner,milling machine,grinder and practice.At present,the content of its practice and teachers’ ability and quality do not adapt to the new technology development.And the ＂apprentice＂ teaching mode has prevented students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm.The writer puts forward some methods, such as raising awareness of its importance,strengthening the teachers’ training,reforming the teaching and improving the assessment method.These methods could strengthen the mechanical course construction — ＂Metalworking Practice＂ in higher vocational education.
