摘要
探讨了两种不同的WC添加方式对Cr3C2基硬质合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,与WC以单一碳化物形式在湿磨时加入相比,WC以Cr3C2—WC复式碳化物形式加入,制备的合金晶粒较细、抗弯强度较高。
The effect of two different addition ways of WC on the structure and properties of Cr3C2 cemented carbide has been studied. It is shown that compared with the addition way of WC in simple carbide in wet milling, when WC is added in Cr3C2-WC complex carbide, a Cr3C2 cemented carbide with smaller grain and better transverse rapture strength can be obtained.
