摘要
根据钢结硬质合金熔点较低的特点 ,采用重熔废钢结硬质合金加入回收 WC片雾化制取合金粉 ,经过组织分析和成分调整 ,成功地制造出再生钢结硬质合金材料 。
In this paper,according to the characteristic of low melting point of steel-bonded cemented carbideds,the reclaimed fragments of tungsten carbides is added to waste steel-bonded cemented carbides melt,and then alloy powder is obtained by atomization,the steel-bonded cemented carbides is regenerated successfully through adjusting composition,the product can be used in practical applications.
