To meet the need of long service life and good performance of roll in hot rolling,the cemented carbide rolls with higher and lower binder content have been developed,and the technology of CIC(cast-in-carbide)has been patented. This kind of roll can be used in bar,wire, seamless pipe and other small section steel mills.It has good property of metalworking,and its service life is more twenty times than normal cast iron roll.
