摘要 减轻汽车质量、降低燃油消耗和减少排放污染成为汽车工业发展的核心问题,车身的轻量化对于整车轻量化起着举足轻重的作用,采用轻质材料是车身减重的重要途径。该文以某汽车为对象,采用复合材料对车轮的轮辋厚度、车轮安装凸缘厚度和车轮的轮廓尺寸进行结构轻量化优化设计,使车轮的重量最小化。对优化后复合材料车轮进行车轮弯曲疲劳试验,其应力、应变、位移值与优化前相近,但在重量上减轻了10.436%。 It has been the core problem for the development of automotive, decrease fuel consumption and reduce pollution of discharge gas,the lightweight materials are very important for lightening auto wheel, in the present study, with the newstyle passenger car as the prototyp ,this paper optimized the thickness of wheel rim ,wheel nave and the contour of auto wheel to decrease the weight of auto wheel . Analyze the wheel that have already been optimized by wheel rotate and bend fatigue test its strain,stress and displacement are similar with the result that before optimize ,but its weight is decreased by more than ten percent.
