摘要
复合材料的应用是实现汽车轻量化的主要途径之一。目前常用的结构仿真软件的材料模型无法准确表达复合材料零件各向异性的特性,为提高复合材料尾门仿真结果的准确性,本文基于Moldflow,Digimat和Abaqus的联合仿真方法,进行复合材料尾门的轻量化设计。将联合仿真和传统仿真的结果与通过试验获得的结果进行对比分析,精度有了显著的提升,验证了联合仿真技术的可靠性。
The application of composite materials is one of the main ways to achieve vehicle lightweight.The material model of the existing structure simulation software can not accurately express the anisotropy characteristic of the composite parts.In order to improve the accuracy of the composite tailgate simulation results,this paper uses joint simulation which is based on Moldfl ow,Digimat and Abaqus,for lightweight design of composite tailgate.Comparing the results of the joint simulation and the traditional simulation with the result obtained through the experiment,the accuracy is signifi cantly improved,which verifi es the reliability of the joint simulation.
