摘要
目的建立测定消石利胆胶囊中黄芩苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸(27:73)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,流速1.0ml·min-1。结果黄芩苷在0.651μg-1.954μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.59%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可用于消石利胆胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Baicalin in Xiaoshilidan Capsules by HPLC. Methods A Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 Colunm was used. The mobile phase was Acetonitrile-0.2% Phosphoric acid （27：73）, the detecting wavelength was at 280nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1. Results The linear range of Baicalin was within 0.651？g-1.954？g. r=0.9999,tbe average sample recovery was 99.59% with RSD of 1.1%（n=6）. Conclusion This method has good repeatability,flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of Xiaoshilidan Capsules.
