摘要
目的 :用高效液相色谱法测定一清颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法 :色谱柱为ODSC18(3.9mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 磷酸 (4 7∶5 2∶0 .2 ) ,检测波长为 :2 78nm。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .1μg～1.0 μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈现良好的线形关系 (γ =0 .9997) ;平均加样回收率为 98.2 % ,RSD =2 .3% (n =5 )。结论 :本方法测定结果准确 ,重现性好。
Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determination of the content of baicalin in Yiqing granules.Method: ODS-C 18 column was used and methanol-water-phosphate acid(47∶52∶ 0.2)was used as mobil phase and UVdetection wavelength was 278 nm.Result: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of baicalin and absorption area value with range of 0.1 μg ～ 1.0 μg r= 0.999 7.The average recovery was 98.2% with RSD= 2.3%(n=5).Conclusion: The method is highly repeatable and accurate.
