摘要
针对普通无固相完井液粘度、切力小 ,携砂悬砂能力差 ,热稳定性差等问题 ,研究出改性魔芋粉无固相完井液。该完井液 pH值为 8~ 9,表观粘度在 30~ 45mPa·s之间 ,屈服值在 8~ 1 2Pa之间 ,API失水可控制在 1 0mL以下 ,岩心渗透率恢复值大于 80 %。热滚 90℃ ,8h前后性能基本无变化 ;热滚 80℃ ,1 6h ,钻屑回收率为 84 3%。该完井液抗NaCl侵为 3% ;抗海水侵为 1 0 % ;抗劣土侵为 5% ,研究表明改性魔芋粉具有推广应用前景。
On the basis of more problems in normal solid free completion fluid system that viscosity and shear stress are low,suspended solids and thermal stability are bad.A new solid free completion fluid system of peptized konjac is studied,which has PH value of 8~9,apparent viscosity of 30~45mPa·s,yield point of 8~12Pa,API filtrate loss below 10ml,core permeability returned more than 80%.Little change of rheological property has taken place after 8 hours at 80℃.The cutting retrieving ratio is 84 3% after 16 hours at 80℃.The research results show that peptized konjac has better applied prospects.
