摘要
采取普查和典型调查相结合的方法,调查福建省乡镇卫生院的现状。结果显示,近年来福建省乡镇卫生院的基础建设、医疗设备、服务能力有很大发展,但同时在财政保障、人才队伍、人员编制、管理体制、竞争力等方面还存在很多问题,需要引起重视。
We analyzed current situation of township hospitals in Fujian using census and typical survey. The results showed that there are great development of basic building, medical equipment and service capacity, and there still exist problems such as fiscal guarantee, human resources, personnel post, management system and competence.
