摘要
基本医疗是用基本设施、基本装备、基本技术、基本药物、基本人力、基本服务规程来向群众提供医疗服务,具有很好的成本效益与社会效益。我国人口众多,人均卫生资源相对较少,地区发展不均衡,应用基本医疗的理念来配置有限的卫生资源,为最大限度地为群众提供基本的医疗保障具有重大意义,本文对近年来学术界对基本医疗的研究以及部分地方的实践探索进行系统概述,以期为相关决策者及研究人员提供参考。
Basic medical is providing medical services to the masses by basic facilities, basic equipment, basic techniques, essential drugs, basic human basic service procedures, it has a good cost-benefit and social benefit. China＇s large population, per capita health resources is relatively small, uneven regional development, and application of the concept of basic medical care to the allocation of limited health resources, it has great significance for providing basic medical security for the masses, this paper is doing systems overview for academic basic medical research, as well as parts of practice in recent years, and providing a reference for policy makers and researchers.
