摘要
目的探讨九江市乡镇中心卫生院实施国家基本药物制度的效果。方法采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对九江市63所中心卫生院的基本药物制度实施情况进行调查和分析。结果实施国家基本药物制度后,门急诊次均费用、住院次均费用、相关收入均下降,总诊疗人次、基本药物占总药品品种数有所增加。目前,存在的主要问题是实施初期基本药物利用尚不充分,不能满足临床用药的需求;乡镇卫生院人员配置不合理,队伍亟待加强。结论国家基本药物制度在63所乡镇中心卫生院得到全面实施,在促进基层医疗机构服务水平的提高、合理用药、信息化管理、获得"三赢"方面取得了一些成效,建议尽快配备新增基药品种,加强乡镇中心卫生院的规范管理、人才建设。
Objective To explore the effect of implementation of the national system for basic drugs in township central hospitals of Jiujiang City. Methods The combination of qualitative and quantitative methods were used,the basic drug system implementation of 63 central hospitals in Jiujiang City were investived and analyzed. Results After the implementation of the national system for basic drugs,the average expense in outpatient service and emergency room,hospitalization time costs,and the relevant income were all dropped,the total outpatient visits, and basic drugs accounted for the total number of drug varieties were all increased.At present,the main problems was the implementation of the early basic drug use was not yet fully,could＇t meet the needs of clinical medicine,in towns and townships staffing unreasonable, team needs to be strengthened. Conclusion National system for basic drugs in 63 township central hospitals,fully im- plemented in promoting grassroots medical institutions for the improvement of service level,the rational use of drugs,information management,won the ＂three win＂ has achieved some results.Suggest that equipped with a new base product as soon as possible,strengthen the standard management of township central hospitals,talents construction.
