水热法制备超细α-Fe_2O_3粉体 被引量:4

Preparation of α-Fe_2O_3 Micropowder by Hydrothermal Method

摘要 以FeCl3.6H2O和氨水为原料,通过水热反应及热处理制得超细球形α-Fe2O3粉体,用IR,XRD和TEM对其结构,物相和形貌进行表征。结果表明,当前驱体FeO2H加热到200℃时已经完全分解成α-Fe2O3;FeO2H在300℃灼烧3h可得到粒径约为100nm和15nm的两种共存的超细球形α-Fe2O3粉体。 α-F2O3 micropowders were prepared by hydrothermal reaction and heating treatment from FeCl3· 6H2O and NH3 · H2O. The structure, physical phase and morphology were characterized by IR, XRD and TEM. The results showed that the precursor FeO2H was entirely decomposed to α-Fe2O3 at 200℃, and there were two kinds of co-existent α-Fe2O3 in the sizes of 100 nm and 15 nm at 300℃ for 3 h.
