摘要
以近10年CNKI(中国学术期刊网全文数据库)收录的在国内公开发表的科技文献为基础,从建设意义、概念及其分类构成、管理框架模型、管理技术与方法、开发利用、共享机制、中外比较研究等7个方面对我国政府信息资源管理理论研究现状进行综述,指出存在的问题:基础理论研究较为薄弱,缺乏结合实践的理论研究,缺乏对政府信息资源管理队伍建设的研究。并围绕这些问题,对我国政府信息资源管理理论未来发展趋势进行探讨。
On the bases of analyzing the recent ten years public literature, the paper elaborates the research status of Chinese government information resources management from ten aspects： construct significance, concept and its classification, management frame model, management method, exploit and use, share mechanism, compare with foreign countries. Then it points out some problems that are foundations theory research is unsubstantial, lacks of application research , absents human resources research on government information resources management , and so on. At last ,it discusses the development trends of government resources management research in the future.
