摘要
电子政务是多学科交叉研究的热点问题。在采用文献计量法的基础上,以2002-2011年国家社会科学基金及国家自然科学基金电子政务研究立项项目为样本,从立项数量、立项类别、立项机构、学科分布和立项主题展开研究,从而回顾电子政务研究的发展状况。结果表明,电子政务研究的立项数量和研究机构数量都呈回落趋势。电子政务环境下政府信息资源共享及运行模式、信息安全保障及风险控制、电子政务绩效评价及公众接受和满意程度成为研究的重点。
E-government is a hot issue of interdisciplinary study.It does some research on E-government research programs sponsored by national science foundation from 2002 to 2011 by bibliometric analysis.All the projects which have been sponsored by the national fund will be analyzed from several respects to review and prospect the development of E-government research,including the numbers of sponsored programs,the unit and region distribution of researchers,and key researchers.several interesting findings will be concluded.The numbers of sponsored programs and unit have been reduction trend.Information collectionand analysis of E-government,Sharing and operation mode of government information resources,Information security and risk control,Performance evaluation of E-government and Public satisfaction are the hot topics.
