摘要
本文通过比较公共信息资源与政府信息资源的概念、特征以及二者的区别和联系,笔者认为随着公共信息资源的不断深化和拓展,目前在公共信息资源领域,应当建立以政府为主导,第三部门、企业及个人多元主体参与,以公众满意度为宗旨的多元化格局。
By basic comparision of the definition,characteristic,connection and distiction of public information resources and government information resources, the author assumes that in the field of public information resources,with the expandedness and development of public information resources,an multivariate structure which is dominated by government and participated by non-profit organization, enterprise and individual should be set up.The destination is to meet the satisfaction of the public.
