Mechanics Modeling and Simulation of Artificial Respiration System Based on Ventilator

摘要 呼吸机是人工呼吸的重要设备,呼吸系统是呼吸机的通气对象,建立完整实用的基于呼吸机的人工呼吸系统力学模型对于呼吸机通气控制研究有重要意义。从呼吸系统的力学特性出发,将一个复杂的多参数系统简化为三元素的一阶模型,结合经过完善的呼吸机模型共同组成集总参数模型。依据集总参数模型建立了MATLAB仿真和半实物仿真两套平台。两套平台的仿真试验结果表明:集总参数模型能够准确地反映采用呼吸机进行人工通气时的特性,依据该模型建立的平台有助于呼吸机通气控制研究。 Ventilator is an important device for artificial respiration and the respiratory system is the object of the ventilation, so it is necessary to model artificial respiration mechanics for the research of ventilator control. A lumped parameter model was composed by the improved ventilator model and a three-element respiratory system model which was derived from the complicated multi-parameter model according to the respiratory system mechanical characteristic, Simulation desktops of MATLAB and half-object were set up based on the lumped parameter model. Experimental results show that the lumped parameter model can accurately represent characteristic of ventilation and the desktops can help study of ventilator control.
