摘要
目的:常规呼吸机测试系统一般仅能实现气道压力和流量等参数的测试分析,而无法对呼吸机在不同工作模式下、不同气阻和顺应性下通气效果等重要性能进行评测。针对以上不足,设计开发基于主动模拟肺的呼吸机测试系统。方法:系统根据人体呼吸运动的集总参数模型,驱动气缸活塞模拟人体肺部运动,通过设置模型参数以模拟不同性别、年龄、病情下的肺部运动,以实现对呼吸机的综合测试。结果:经初步测试该系统能够模拟不同气阻和顺应性下的肺部运动,并实现对窒息、自主呼吸等呼吸运动的模拟。结论:设计主动模拟肺的呼吸机测试平台,能够为呼吸机提供更加全面、可靠的评测手段。
Objective To design a ventilator test system based on active servo lung to overcome the shortcomings that the conventional ventilator test system was only able to achieve the testing of airway pressure,air flow and so on,but some important parameters,like the performance of ventilation under different air resistance and compliance could not be evaluated.Methods Cylinder piston simulating human lungs movement based on the human respiratory lumped parameter model was used in this system.This platform could simulate lung movements of different genders,ages,and disease conditions through setting different parameters in the model to achieve a comprehensive test of the respirator.Results After initiative tests,this system could simulate the lung movement under different air resistance and compliance,and also could realize the movement of suffocating autonomous respiration.Conclusion The ventilator test system based on active servo lung was able to provide a more comprehensive and reliable evaluation to respirator.
