摘要
提出一种自适应控制方法,用于实现压力调节容量控制(PRVC)通气。在确保设置潮气量条件下,通过压力、流速、潮气量和时间的关系计算出最小吸气气道压,用控制函数将通气系统转化为一阶系统,继而采用自适应方法实现PRVC控制。本研究分析了呼吸回路顺应性对通气效果的影响,并在国内某型号呼吸机气路和模拟肺ASL5000组成的平台上进行试验,结果表明:所实现的压力调节容量控制通气潮气量,控制精度在3%以内,气道压平台保持平稳,病人肺顺应性越小,呼吸回路顺应性对潮气量影响越大。
This paper proposed a adaptive control way to carry out pressure-regulated volume control (PRVC) ventilation. The smallest inspiratory pressure of airway was calculated by the relation of pressure, flow, tidal volume and time. The whole ventilation system was adjusted to a first order system by a control function, then PRVC Ventilation was run by adaptive control. The influence of circuit compliance upon ventilation was analyzed. The experiment was carried out with the air-way of ventilator and the active servo lung ASL5000, the tidal volume error was less than 3% , and the airway pressure plateau was held well, the smaller the lung compliance was, the circuit compliance had stronger influence upon the tidal volume.
