摘要
用免疫组织化学ABC法观察了14例人胎胸腺中六种T细胞和B细胞表面抗原的表达.结果表明,CD4阳性和CD8阳性的细胞主要见于皮质深层,髓质中较少.CD3阳性细胞多分布在髓质,皮质深层有少量阳性细胞.CDla阳性细胞见于皮质.CD25阳性细胞多分布于髓质.该阳性细胞在胎儿胸腺中的分布反映了T细胞的分化.B细胞表面抗原阳性细胞主要分布在髓质,皮质中很少,在髓质及被膜下亦见少数较大并有突起的阳性细胞.后者可能为B细胞的一种亚型或一种基质细胞.
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to study the expression of cell surface antigen of T and B cells in 14 cases of human fetal thymus (aged 21-38 weeks). The results indicated that CD4+ and CD8+ cells were mainly distributed in the deep layer of cortex, and few of them in the medulla. CD, cells were mainly distributed in the medulla, and few of them in the deep layer of cortex. CDla+ cells were predominately distributed in the cortex. CD25+ cells were mainly distributed in the the medulla. The distribution of these positive cells reflected the differentiation of T cells in the human fetal thymus. Positive surface antigens of B cells were mainly distributed in the mdulla, and some of them in the cortex. Some large surface antigens of B cells with processes were found in medulla and subcapsular region, which may be a subtype of B cells or a kind of stromal cells of the thymus.
