摘要
教育信息化将成为教育改革的重要突破点,然而目前我国教育信息化的投资还存在投入严重短缺、低水平重复建设较严重、政府教育管理部门效率低下、学校的个性化发展难以满足等现状,制约了教育信息化的发展。教育券作为一种适应市场经济的制度,对提高教育信息化投资效率提供了许多新的视角。文章基于此种考虑,探讨教育券适用于教育信息化领域的可能及提高教育信息化投资效率的措施。
Informational Education will become an important breakthrough in education reform nowadays. However, there are still many disadvantages in the investment in Informational Education in our country, such as a serious lack of inputs, low-level duplicate construction, the Government Department for Education＇s inefficient management, the development of personality in schools cannot met and so on, which constrained the development of Informational Education. As a system adapted to market economy, education vouchers provide a new perspective in improving the efficiency of investment in Informational Education. Based on such consideration, the authors want to explore the possibility of education volume applied in Informational Education and the Measures to improving the efficiency of investment in Informational Education.
