润滑状况下Al_2O_3基陶瓷材料摩擦磨损性能的研究 被引量:2

Study on Friction and Wear Behaviors of Al_2O_3 Matrix Ceramic Material with Oil Lubrication

摘要 着重研究Al2O3基陶瓷在滴油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性。研究了不同载荷下Al2O3基陶瓷的摩擦磨损特性曲线,观察分析了Al2O3基陶瓷磨痕形貌及微区化学成份和磨屑的物相组成,并就轻、重载荷下Al203基陶瓷在不同磨损时期的磨换机理进行了探讨。结果表明:滴油润滑条件下,Al2O3基陶瓷的体积磨损量显著降低,但轻、重载荷下摩擦磨损曲线呈现不同规律。轻载荷下.以疲劳磨损为主,曲线稳定上升,磨损量小.重载荷下,磨损初期,以脆性剥落为主,磨损速率较大;随后由于润滑油膜稳定形成,疲劳磨损使这一阶段的磨损量降低,磨损速率稳定:最后由于磨损面状况恶化,磨损机理以脆性剥落和磨粒磨损为主,造成磨损量急剧上升,处于剧烈磨损阶段。 The friction and wear behaviors of Al2O3 matrix ceramic with oil lubrication were studied. The friction and wear curves of A12O3 matrix ceradric under three kinds of loading were studied too.The micrograph of worn surface,element of microzone and phase structure of debris were examined.Moreover,the wear mechanism of Al2O3 matrix ceramic at different time under low and heavy loading was discussed separately.The result shows,the bulk wear of Al2O3 ceramic reduces notably with oil lubrication.But,different regularities are showed through the friction and wear curves under low and heavy loading.The curve rises stably and the buck wear is relatively small because of fatigue wear under low loading.Under heavy loading,brittle spalling is main and make wear rate higher in the early period.In the middle time, fatigue wear results lower wear volume and stable wear rate because of forming steady lubricate layer.In the end, brittle spalling and abrasive wear are main wear machanisms due to high roughness of worn surface.So,wear volume goes up rapidly.
