微孔对氧化铝瓷球磨损特性的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Micropores on Wear Behavior of Alumina Balls

摘要 研究了微孔对平均晶粒尺寸分别为 3μm、6μm和 1 5μm氧化铝瓷球磨损特性的影响。对于平均晶粒尺寸为 3μm的瓷球 ,发现直径大于 1 μm的微孔影响瓷球的磨损 ,而直径小于 1 μm的微孔几乎不影响。对于磨损过程主要由塑性变形机制引起的微晶氧化铝瓷球 ,可能存在磨损临界孔洞尺寸。无论平均晶粒尺寸是 3μm还是 6μm和 1 5μm的瓷球 ,在被磨损的微孔边缘处 ,晶粒都是沿晶脱落和穿晶断裂 。 The effect of pores on wear behavior of alumina balls with average grain size 3, 6 and 15 μm is investigated in this paper. As to the alumina balls with average grain size 3 μm, the pores with diameter above 1 μm significantly influence wear behavior of alumina balls, while the pores with diameter below 1 μm hardly influence wear behavior, which suggest that there exist an critical pore size in fine grain alumina balls during wear process controlled by plastics deformations mechanism.At the verge of the pores of 3 kinds of balls, brittle fracture mechanism play a significant role in wear process, and the grains are intergranular pull out and transgranular fractured.
