摘要
用自制的丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸氨聚合物作A l2O3纳米陶瓷的分散剂和粘结剂,料浆最大固溶含量(质量分数)达60%.通过对纳米A l2O3分散后的料浆的粘度、ζ电位等性能进行分析测试,确定分散剂的最佳使用条件:在弱碱性或中性条件下,使用量为干燥粉体的0.15~0.3%.此种纯纳米三氧化二铝陶瓷的煅烧温度为1 630~1 650℃,保温1h,且分散剂略能增加陶瓷的烧结密度.利用热重分析测试,此分散剂在230~580℃下完全排烧.
Self-made dispersant that synthesised by methacrylate and acrylic polymer for Al2O3 Nano-Ceramic is used,so that the maximum solid solution content of slurry(mass fraction) can be up to 60%.Through the measurement on the viscosity,ζ potential,and other performance,the best using condition of dispersantshall be obtained as followed:the dispersant shall be used under alkaline or neutral conditions,and the mass of which shoud be 0.15%~0.3% of drying powders.The sintering temperature of such pure nano-Al2O3 ceramic is 1630~1650 ℃ and the Insulation time is 1h.Also the dispersan could increase the sintering density of the ceramic.Through TG analysis test,the dispersant will fully Volatile at 230~580 ℃.
