摘要
弧面凸轮的加工通常采用范成法,刀具半径等于该凸轮机构的滚子半径。这种方法的缺陷是沟槽两侧同时铣削,加工质量不佳,且难于实现磨削精加工。本文从弧面凸轮的接触角和滚子中心线的轨迹出发,同时考虑到弧面凸轮表面的非凸性,提出了单侧加工方法,并给出了有关的计算公式。该方法克服了范成法加工的缺陷,同时具有计算简单的特点。
Globoid cam surfaces are usually machined with form milling method. However, this method is disadvantageous in two sided machining on the cam groove. This paper proposes an one sided machining method. Based on the contact angle equation and considering the non convexity of the cam profile, the five axis tool path equation is derived.
