摘要
针对目前圆柱凸轮的加工问题,介绍了单侧面加工的一种刀位控制方法,给出了该方法的理论法向误差的精确和近似计算公式,并结合圆锥滚子直动从动件圆柱凸轮单侧面加工的实例,详细分析了公式中各参数的选择与法向误差大小的关系。
Introduced a cutter position control method of one - side machine for solving the manufacture problem of columnar cam and shown the theoretic normal error calculation formula both in precise and approximate. Using an example of one - side machining of rectilinear movement conical roller columnar cam, analyzed the relationship of the normal error and the parameter in the formula.
