摘要
空间凸轮由于其结构性能的优越性.在自动机械中广为应用,特别是采用数控机床加工,容易保证精度并降低成本,很早以前人们就注意到这类凸轮的统一轮廓曲面表达式,从理论上说有其完美性,但对于工程应用都不利于推广,还不如从基本概念出发,尽可能避免用较深的数学推导,又容易理解且便于日常工作中应用,在弧面凸轮中,前人已经做了这方面的工作,本文将这种简易的方法用之于圆柱分轮,用很浅显的推导就解决了历来要有相当数学准备才能理解的问题,希望它将有益于这种凸轮机构的实际应用。
Cylindrical indexing cam mechanisms are characterized in compactness and salient dynam-ic behavior.It can easily manufactured via NC technique with high precision and relatively low cost.Reseachero have already developed unified equation for its analytical design,It seems to be succinct,theoretically.But it is not very comprehensive and may be inconvenient for enginner's daily work.Based on the gcoasetric approach pubkhed recentiy,we have derived its fundamental equation and aprogram subroutine for surface shape analysis is also impleimnted.It may replenish the workbench fordesigning and manufacturing this kind of mechanisims.
