摘要
在引起男性不育的众多因素中,活性氧的作用越来越受到人们的关注。有研究表明,精液中少量的活性氧是精子受精、获能等生理过程中所必需的,但过量活性氧可造成氧化应激,导致精子密度、活力下降,抑制精子获能和顶体反应,还可使精子DNA发生氧化损伤而导致男性不育。因此,活性氧检测在男性不育中具有重要作用。
Among numerous inducing factors of male infertility, the role of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is paid more and more attention. Studies show that a spot of ROS in sperm is essential to spermic physiological process like fertilization and capacitation. But excess ROS may cause oxidative stress, which leads to the de- crease of sperm density and activity, the inhibition of the sperm capacitation and acrosome reaction, as well as male infertility due to oxidative damage of sperm DNA. Therefore, ROS detection plays an important role in male infertility.
