摘要
目的探讨急性附睾炎手术以及非手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1月至2013年1月东莞人民医院收治的64例急性附睾炎患者作为观察对象，根据治疗方法随机分为手术组（32例）和非手术组（32例），对比两组治疗后疼痛缓解情况和体温下降情况。结果手术组术后疼痛感于24h内全部缓解，但手术组各时间段疼痛缓解情况明显好于非手术组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；手术组术后3d内、3～6d内、6～12d体温恢复正常的比例均显著高于非手术组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且手术组12d内体温全部恢复正常；手术组术后无复发情况，非手术组术后复发率为18．75％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；手术组平均住院时间明显短于非手术组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用手术治疗急性附睾炎具有良好的治疗效果，相比非手术治疗能更快地缓解疼痛和降低体温，因此当患者疼痛难忍时，建议采取手术治疗。
[ Abstract ] Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of operation and non operation on acute epididymitis. Methods Sixty-four acute epididymitis pationts admitted from January 2012 to＇ January 2013 in Dongguan people＇s hospital were chose as observation object, according to the methodsl of treatment, the cases were randomly divided into operation group and non operation group, 32 cases in each group. The pain relief.and temperature drop were compared between the two groups. Results In the operation group, postoperative pain was relieved with in 24 h, but the pain relief was significantly better than that in non operation group at each time point, the differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; In the operation group within 3 days, 3 - 6 days, 6 - 12 days after operation, the at each time point tem-, perature returned to normal level were significantly higher than those of non operation group, the differ- ences between the two groups were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, ;and the temperature retured to normol level within 12 days in operation group; no recurrence in operation group and the recurrence rate in non opera- tion group was 18.75 %, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the aver- age hospitalization time in operation group was shorter than thatin non operation group, ard there was sig- nificant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The effect of operation on acute epididymitis is good, it can relieve pain and reduce body heat faster than the non operation treatment, so ooeration theranv is recommended when the pain can＇t be toberated.
