摘要
目的观察中药治疗附睾炎的临床疗效。方法将55例确诊为附睾炎的患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予莲子清心饮合龙胆泻肝汤治疗,对照组给予抗生素甲磺酸加替沙星片,疗程均为4周。4周后对比疗效。结果治疗组27例,有效率96.30%;对照组28例,有效率89.28%。结论中药在辨证论治理论指导下治疗附睾炎疗效和西药无区别,且无不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine on treating epididymitis. Methods Fifty-five patients were diagnosed as epididymitis, were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group included 27 cases of patients, and so was the control group. The treatment group received traditional chinese medicine-- lianziqingxinyin and longdanxiegan decoction. While the control group received antibiotic gatifloxaein mesylate tablets. Clinical effect was compared after 4 weeks of treatment course. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 96.30%, yet the control group was 89.28%. Conclusion There is not significant curative effect on treating of epididymitis between in two groups, under the theory of treatment according to syndrome differentiation and drug. The untoward effeetand of raditional chinese medicine is tiny and worthy of popularization.
