摘要
脊髓损伤(SCI)由于其继发性损伤的严重危害性及其致病机制的复杂性,其修复一直是医学界的难题。近年来,细胞移植在实验性脊髓损伤修复研究中日益深入,显示出良好的应用前景。虽然各种细胞移植都取得一定的疗效,但都有其自身的局限性,因此将不同种细胞联合进行移植成了研究的焦点。本文就将脊髓损伤后病理变化、脊髓再生影响因素和应对策略以及细胞联合移植修复脊髓损伤的研究进展等方面作一综述。
The repair of spinal cord injury is still a complex medicine problem because of its second injuries and involuted pathogenesis. In recent years, spinal cord injury repair by cell-transplantation has showed a big prospect. Although every kind of cell transplantation was effective, it remained some problem, co-transplantation of cells hit the focus. This paper has reviewed the pathologic change after spinal cord injury, the influential factor and replied strategy for spinal cord regeneration and the advance in co- transplantation of ceils for spinal cord injury.
