摘要
目的:组织工程技术在脊髓损伤修复中前景广阔,其中组织工程支架和种子细胞是组织工程中的两项重要内容,对有关脊髓种子细胞的研究进行综述,以了解其进展。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1999-07/2004-06期间的相关文章,检索词为“spinalcordinjury,regeneration,celltransplantation,并限定文章语言为English。同时检索http://www.wanfangdata.com.cn/1999-07/2004-06期间相关的文章,检索词为“脊髓损伤,修复,细胞移植”,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择较近期及对进一步试验有指导意义的文献。纳入标准:①选取对脊髓损伤后进行细胞移植治疗的文献。②随机对照实验研究。③单一样本研究。排除标准:①较陈旧的文献。②综述文献。③重复研究。资料提炼:共收集到40篇关于细胞移植的文献,其中有17篇符合纳入标准,排除的23篇文章系重复的同一研究和综述文献。资料综合:将17篇文献中分别对各个种子细胞移植后对脊髓损伤修复的促进作用进行了综合。结论:作为种子细胞,均能促进脊髓损伤的修复,但是最有应用前景的主要有:神经干细胞,骨髓基质干细胞,许旺细胞和嗅鞘细胞。
OBJECTIVE:Tissue engineering is one of the most promising field in the repair of spinal cord injury(SCI),and at the same time,tissue engineered scaffold and seed cells are two important aspects in tissue engineering.In this paper, we aims to review the related study of seed cells of spinal cord so as to probe into the progress made in this field.DATA SOURCES:The relevant articles published between July 1999 and June 2004 were retrieved in Medline by using computer with the key words of “ spinal cord injury,regeneration,cell transplantation',and the language was limited in English.Meanwhile,another search for such articles in http://www.wanfangdata.com.cn from July 1999 to June 2004 was performed with the key same words as above but the language was Chinese.STUDY SELECTION:After first go through to the data,the up to date literatures,which guided the further experiments,were selected.Inclusion criteria were as follows① the articles about cell transplantation for the injured spinal cord;② randomized controlled trial;③ single sample trial.Exclusion criteria included① out of date literatures,② review articles and ③ repeated studies.DATA EXTRACTION:A total of 40 articles about cell transplantation were collected,of which 17 articles accorded with the inclusion criteria.The rest 23 articles were excluded because they were repeated study or review articles.DATA SYNTHESIS:The repair of injured spinal cord enhanced by the transplantation of all seed cells was synthesized in the 17 articles respectively.CONCLUSION:All the seed cells can promote functional recovery of injured spinal cord.However,the most promising seed cells are neural stem cells,bone marrow stromal cells,Schwann cells and olfactory ensheathing cells.
