摘要
从沿海藻类昆布(Thallus laminariae)中提取昆布多糖,经降解后得昆布寡糖。采用高脂饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素法诱导SD大鼠2型糖尿病动物模型,成模后大鼠分为正常对照组,阴性对照组,二甲双胍组,昆布寡糖高、中、低剂量组,灌胃给予寡糖溶液8周,定期观察体重并采集血液标本进行检测。结果表明,昆布寡糖对糖尿病大鼠有明显的降低血糖,升高胰岛素,增加体重,降低甘油三酯、总胆固醇、游离脂肪酸,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用,但对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的影响不明显。可见,昆布寡糖对2型糖尿病大鼠具有明显治疗作用。
Thallus laminariae oligosaccharide was extracted and cut from Thallus laminariae. High-fat chow and streptozotocin were used to induce type 2 diabetc animal model of rat, then rats were divided into six groups: Normal group, Negative control group, Dimethylbiguanide group, High-dose group, Middle-dose group and Low-dose group, Thallus laminariae oligosaccharide solution was orally administered for 8 weeks, and body weight and blood were collected and detected Results are as follows: Significant decreases in blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, free fatty acids and significant increases in body weight, insulin level, HDL-C were detected in oligosaccharide-treated rats compared with negative control group rats, but the effect on LDL-C was not significant. These results indicated that Thallus laminariae oligosaccharide has significant therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetic rats.
