摘要 目的探讨"以问题为中心"(PBL)的教学模式与导师制教学相结合对本科护生科研实践能力培养的效果。方法将117名临床实习本科护生随机分为对照组(60人)和实验组(57人)。对照组采用PBL教学,实验组在PBL教学的同时实施导师制模式教学。结果实验组毕业论文评分、实习期间论文写作与发表情况、参与导师科研课题率显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论PBL教学模式与导师制相结合有助于调动本科护生的创新积极性,提高其科研实践能力。 Objective To explore the effect of Problem-based Learning (PI3L) combined with tutorial system on promotion oI scientific research ability of baccalaureate nursing students. Methods A total of 117 baccalaureate nursing students were randomly divided into a control group(60 cases) and an experimental group(57 cases). Students in the control group were given PBL teaching, while their counterparts in the experimental group adopted tutorial system additionally. Results Score of thesis, rate of published papers and students involved in tutors' research projects in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). Conclusion Combination of PBL with tutorial system can effectively improve scientific research ability of baccalaureate nursing students.
