异种脱细胞真皮基质在修复口腔粘膜缺损中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨异种脱细胞真皮基质在修复口腔粘膜缺损中的应用效果,为口腔粘膜缺损提供新的治疗方法。方法:应用异种脱细胞真皮基质海奥口腔修复膜修复12例口腔手术后粘膜组织缺损创面,其中软组织创面10例,骨创面2例,术后随访3～6个月,观察其临床效果。结果:12例患者中1例骨创面大部分成活,其余11例完全成活,均修复理想,未发生排斥反应,修复区外观平整,触之柔软,弹性良好,与正常口腔粘膜颜色相近,软组织修复成功率100%。结论:异种脱细胞真皮基质是一种理想的口腔粘膜及粘膜下软组织缺损修复的生物材料,对骨创面修复需进一步研究。
