口腔修复膜在口腔粘膜缺损24例中的应用 被引量：13

摘要 目的：分析口腔修复膜用于口腔粘膜缺损修复临床效果。方法：口腔粘膜缺损应用口腔修复膜修复24例,术后随访6~12个月,评价外形、弹性等功能。结果：口腔粘膜缺损24例应用口腔修复膜术后均成活,区域包括颊、舌、口底、腭、上唇粘膜、上下颌牙龈。均顺利愈合无脱落,口底区修复膜因收缩发生轻度舌粘连2例,腭部小面积洞穿2例。结论：口腔修复膜是修复口腔内不同部位粘膜缺损的好材料。用于口腔粘膜缺损修复外形和功能恢复良好,明显减少瘢痕形成。
