摘要
即刻牙种植术已成功应用于临床,无论是非埋入式种植手术还是埋入式种植手术,在关闭创口时,常会发生软组织量不足的情况,并影响最终的美学修复效果。本文对近年来国内外关于即刻牙种植中软组织创口关闭的最新进展作一综述,旨在探讨达到最佳美学修复效果的软组织创口关闭方法。
Immediate implant placement after tooth extraction has been a successful treatment modality. One problem that remains unresolved with this procedure, however, is that there is usually space left in the area surrounding the coronal portion of the implant.So primary flap closure is important for satisfactory final results in these procedures. This review summarized surgical approaches that would enable predictable primary soft tissue closure over implants placed into fresh extraction sockets.
