摘要
人口老龄化问题属世界难题,我国的状况尤其严重。在社会保障体系不完善、国家财力有限的情况下,可通过引入"补充货币"缓解这一问题,走出一条与别国不一样的路子。
Aging population, a knotty issue around the entire world, is specifically serious in China. Under the situation that China＇s social security system is still not on the button and fiscal budget is tight, we could resort to ＂ alternative currency ＂ to ease this pressing problem.
