摘要
目的:探讨XE-2100血细胞分析仪阻抗法(PLT-I)、激光法(PLT-O)检测血小板的准确性。方法:以传统手工法为参照,对PLT-I法、PLT-O法进行精密度、线性、携带污染试验,并用三种方法平行检测40例正常体检标本和40例PLT异常的血液病患者标本。结果:PLT-O法与PLT-I法批内、批间重复性CV值<5%,且两法线性关系较好,r值均为0.997,携带污染率两法均<0.8%,当PLT<50×109/L时,PLT-I法测得PLT结果低于手工法(P<0.05%)。结论:PLT-O法对PLT检测准确性高,尤其低值标本须两种方法联合检验,两者结果相差较大时应以手工复检为准。
Objective:To compare electric impedance (PLT-D method with optical (PLT-O) method for platelet counting by XE- 2100 automatic hematology analyzer with reference to manual counting. Methods: The precision, linear range and carry-over rates of PLT-I method and PLT-O method are evaluated, and the three methods were parallelly used to test 40 healthy examination samples and 40 hematological patients with PLT abnormal. Results :The intra-assay coefficient variation and the inter-assay coefficient variation of PLT-O and PLT-I methods were less than 5%, the linear range was better, both the coefficient correlation was -0.98 ,the carry-over rates were lower than 0.8%. When PLT value was less than 50, PLT value of PLT-I method was lower than manual counting (P〈0.05%). Conclusion: The method of PLT-O has high accuracy; the two methods are combined especially for low value samples and when results by the two methods are fairly different, manual counting is necessary.
