骨髓间充质干细胞联合细胞因子及其他细胞对脊髓损伤康复研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)具有高发生率、高致残率、高耗费、低病死率的特点,SCI后的截瘫常造成患者永久性的运动、感觉障碍及直肠、膀胱功能的缺失等,因此SCI不仅严重威胁人类健康,也给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。而以前治疗并促进SCI康复的方法主要是靠药物治疗和外科治疗。这些方法在不同程度上缓解了SCI的病理改变,但仍不可避免地造成了患者截瘫。
