全厚网状皮片结合多孔硅胶软质模具阴道成形术 被引量：1

摘要 阴道缺如是女性最常见的先天性泌尿生殖系畸形之一，其发病率在1／80000～1／4000。先天性无阴道的发病原因目前尚不清楚，一般认为可能系各种原因影响到苗勒氏管或尿生殖窦的正常发育造成。2005年3月至2007年6月，我们采用全厚网状皮片移植结合多孔硅胶模具的方法进行阴道成形术12例，取得良好的效果。
